摘要
根据室内模拟试验中的剪切试验,确定高粘沥青、SBS改性沥青、环氧沥青和改性乳化沥青等4种防水粘结材料的最佳用量.采用美国进口的MTS-810万能材料试验机,按1cm/min的拉拔速率分别对采用最佳沥青用量的4种试件进行拉拔试验,探讨其在不同条件下的拉拔强度变化规律,并进行拉拔强度与剪切强度的相关性分析.试验结果表明:随着温度的升高,粘结层材料的拉拔强度会不同幅度地降低;在不同界面状态下,粘结层会因界面潮湿而降低其拉拔强度;拉拔强度与剪切强度有很好的线性相关性.
In the laboratory simulation test, according to optimum dosage is determined by the shear experiment of four kinds of waterproof adhesive material which are highly viscous asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, epoxy modified asphalt and emulsion modified as- phalt. Using the United States imported MTS-810 universal material testing machine, under 1 cm/min drawing rates, the drawing test of combined specimen. The drawing strength's variation with different environmental conditions is analyzed,and correlation between drawing strength and shear strength is also discussed. The results show that the drawing strength of the layer material is decreased with increase of temperature. The drawing strength of the layer material is also decreased with the increase of the humidity on the materials' interface. A linear relationship between the drawing strength and the shear strength exists.
