摘要 羊足碾压坑层间嵌锁技术是适用于路基-稳定细粒土底基层-基层的层间结合技术,即利用带有凸块的碾轮使细粒土层表面形成凹坑,再铺筑上层材料,使上、下两层相互咬合嵌锁,任何一层均不会产生单独变形.针对羊足碾在综合稳定低液限粉土底基层上压坑施工后产生起皮、松散和碎裂等问题,选择不同压坑方式和压坑时机进行现场试验;通过测试问题部位与正常部位土体中水的质量分数,证明水的质量分数不是影响成坑质量的关键;根据成坑外观和深度,证明压坑应在压实度达到标准后立即进行,采用"弱振压坑+胶轮修复"的压坑工艺效果较好,成坑深度为10mm,能够发挥层间嵌锁作用.最后给出羊足碾压坑施工建议. Locking layers by sheep foot roller pressing pit is a bonding technology be- tween layers for subgrade, stabilized soil and base. The roller wheel with a bump is formed on the surface to make composite stabilized soil pits, and then the upper material is paved,the upper and lower materials are embedded in locking, and no distortion will be produced. To solve problem of skin,a loose and cracked layer wilt be produced when sheep foot roller woking with lowplasticy soils subbase. Field trials are done in different rolling methods and different period. The soil moisture of different parts is tested, which shows that the moisture is not the key factor to affect the quality of pit. According to the appearance and depth of pit,"the pit with weak vibration and rubber tire roller repai- ring"process is better and a pit with depth of 10 mm is produced,which can play an im- portant role of layers embedded locking. Finally,construction proposals were given.
