摘要
按照国家标准要求,对某型汽车座椅安全带进行强度试验,发现后排座椅安全带锚点处的后地板破裂.针对该问题,在ANSYS软件中建立了座椅安全带的有限元模型,通过有限元分析结果与试验结果的对比,证明有限元模型的可靠性.利用非线性有限元法对安全带锚固点的强度进行了研究,提出了一些可以提高安全带锚固点强度的方法.
According to the national standards requiements , the strength test was done to the seat-belts of a certain type of cars. The results show that the strength of rear seat-belt anchorages cound not meet the national standards. According to the national standards, a finite element model of the seat-belts was built using ANSYS software. The results of the finite element simulation analysis were compared with the experimen- tal results, which proved the reliability of finite element model. The strength of belts anchorages was studied using nonlinear finite element method, and some methods were put forward in order to improve the strength of seat-belt anchorages.
