试论施工项目成本控制

On Cost Control of Construction Project

随着社会的发展,我国基础实施建设已经进入高峰期,工程建筑施工企业面临着良好的发展机遇,同时给施工企业带来的竞争也日趋激烈,获利空间越来越小,因此,施工企业必须全力关注项目成本控制。笔者提出了项目成本控制原则与途径。

With the developmem of our society, the infrastructure construction of our country has entered the peak period, which means enginnering construction is facing better development op- portunities and at the same time, makes the competition among construction enterprises fiercer and fiercer but the space to win profit smaller and smaller. As a result, construction enterprises must pay much attention to the cost control of a project. Several factors for cost control are pointed out and the control principle as well as ways to control it are proposed.
