摘要
概述了动物卫生监督工作在食品卫生安全中的作用与意义,并根据自身工作中的经验分析了目前基层动物卫生监督工作在保障食品安全中所面临的困难,同时提出了相应的发展对策。
The function and meaning of animal health supervision in food hygiene and safety were introduced. Based on the work experience, the difficulty of present basic animal health supervision works in ensuring food safety was analyzed, meanwhile the corresponding development countermeasure was put forward.
