摘要
人力资源管理是企业管理的重要环节,与传统的人事管理相比,基于卓越质量的人力资源管理在职责范围和重要性方面已经有了巨大的扩展。论文客观分析了高速公路企业在人力资源管理方面存在的诸如培训与教育、激励机制和绩效评价,等方面的问题,并根据卓越质量的理念构建了高速公路企业人力资源管理评价的指标体系。
Human resource management is an important part of business management. Compared with the traditional, the excellent quality of human resources management has been a huge expansion in responsibilities and the importance of goals. The paper offers an objective analysis of some problems ifi the expressway company, such as training and education, incentives and performance evaluation and so on. And according to the idea of excellent quality, we constructed the index system to evaluate human resources management for the expressway company.
