2009年全国政法干警招录培养体制改革试点工作全面推行,招录培养体制改革后,其招录对象在校学习期间管理、思想教育等方面都出现了一系列新问题,因此,警察院校教学主体要树立同招录体制改革相适应的管理、教育观念,课程设置与建设应突出司法实践和专业特色,加大实训教学力度,构建"教、学、练、战一体化"的培养模式。
