摘要
健美操是艺术与体育技能结合的经典运动,其特有的艺术性是其它体育项目无法比拟的。介绍了健美操的概况,在个人发展中的重要性,提出了高校健美操课程中融入多元化教学策略的必要性,并通过对多元化教学策略与高校健美操课程开设的关系进行分析,提出了多元化教学策略在高校健美操课程中的应用思路。
Aerobics is art and sports skills combination of the classic sports,its unique artistic quality is other sports and incomparable.This paper first introduced the general situation of the aerobics,in the importance of personal development,then puts forward its in gymnastics courses in the necessity of diversified teaching strategy.Based on the teaching strategies and diversified in gymnastics of the relationship of the curriculum are analyzed,and the diversified teaching in college courses in aerobics strategy application ideas.
