摘要
《职业发展与就业指导》是帮助大学生树立正确就业观,科学规划职业人生,不断提高就业能力的必修课程。由于多种原因,教学效果不容乐观。要改变这种现状,必须创新认识、理念、形式、方法和手段。
＂Career development And Career guidance ＂is the compulsory course to help the university students to set up the correct employment view,plan professional life scientifically,improve the employment ability unceasingly.As a result of a variety of reasons,the teaching effect is unoptimistic.We must innovate the understanding,the idea,the form,the method and means to change this kind of present situation.
