甘棠江三线大桥既有桥及新建桥基坑支护注浆加固

摘要 湘桂线永州至柳州段扩能改造工程DK330+032甘棠江大桥位于桂林市灵川县县城内,是跨越漓江的三线连墩铁路大桥,桥全长159.20 m,共6跨,每跨24 m。在施工期间要求保护原有年久、有缺陷且现在正在运营的旧桥,但不能中断既有线运营。旧桥无桥基,新建桥与既有桥之间距离为2.3 m,新建桥基坑开挖深度7 m,对旧桥及新桥基坑开挖采用注浆加固方法,对既有线无基加固处理措施的研究具有很大的实用价值。 Gantangjiang Bridge,the reconstruction project DK330+032 of Yongzhou to Liuzhou section of Xiang-Gui railway,is located in Lingchuan County,Guilin.It is a three-line even piers railway bridge which crosses the Lijiang River.It is 159.20 meters long and has 6 spans,with each span 24 meters long.During the construction,it is required to protect the existing bridge which is aged and defective but still in service,and not allowed to interrupt the service.The old bridge has no foundation,and the distance between the new and the existing bridge is 2.3 meters.The deepest foundation excavation of the new bridge is 7meters.The grouting reinforcement of the foundation pit of existing and new bridge is very practical for the research of the reinforcement of the no foundation existing lines.
