摘要 基于PDCA原理,关注网上学习者行为和学习活动的动态调度和监控,提出一个面向e-Learning服务的全生命周期过程管理模型el-PDCA,采用工作流建模与运作机制,对e-Learning服务按照其知识点学习顺序要求进行过程建模,结合研究团队协作信任策略、知识产品建模和知识资源建模,考虑e-Learning服务中知识提供者、指导者以及学习者的信任度,实现知识全生命周期过程的动态管理,支持e-Learning服务从规划设计、组织实施、运行监控、到性能改进4阶段的可持续发展,有效支持学习者、指导者完成团队创新项目或复杂问题的求解学习. This paper proposes a model, namely el-PCDA, for overall lifecycle process management on e-Learn- ing service by considering of learner's behaviors during e-learning services and scheduling and monitoring of learning activities. Process modeling for e-Learning services can be taken according to the study ordering of the knowledge points by using workflow modeling and enactment mechanism. Overall lifecycle process management of knowledge is addressed by combining credit polices of members in research team, knowledge product modeling and knowledge resource modeling, considering trust value of learners, advisers and providers in e-Learning serv- ices. The proposed method can be used to support the continuable development of e-Learning services from plan- ning and design, organizing e-Learning process, maintenance e-Learning process, to process improvement, and also support learners and advisers to effectively complete innovative team study and complex computation study.
