高职院校因受各种条件的限制,在大学生党员发展教育培训方面还存在诸如"想学与不能学"、"学什么与需要什么"的矛盾和困惑。业余党校作为教育培训的承担者,基于全过程、全覆盖培养教育的理念,"四级"培训的学生党员发展教育模式从实效性、针对性作了积极探索。

With various limitations, there are some contradictions and perplexity on cultivating student communist party members in higher vocational college, such as ＂want to learn but unable to learn＂, ＂what to learn and what to need＂. Taking part-time Party school as an educational trainer, with the educational theory of all-process and all-involving training, this paper explores the effectiveness and pertinence of the mode of cultivating student communist Party members based on ＂Four Grades＂.
