基于GIS的农村居民点选址研究

国家关于新农村建设的重要指导思想之一为新农村建设规划先行,而农村居民点选址在整个新农村建设过程中是一项基础性的工作。本文利用GIS的空间分析功能,选择影响湾里区梅岭镇农村居民点选址的地面坡度、高程等8个因子作为影响因素,并利用层次分析法得出各评价指标的影响权重,利用加权平均法,以10m*10m的栅格大小为评价单元,最终得出评价区域各栅格的综合分值,确定了最佳选址区域。通过对评价结果分析,梅岭镇农村居民点适宜选址面积基本上满足新农村建设要求,从而实现了快速、准确、科学选址。

New rural development planning in advance,is one of the important guiding ideology of the country on the construction of new countryside,and rural residential sites is a basic work in the entire process of building newcountryside.Using the spatial analysis function of GiS and selectingslope,elevation etc.as the Influence factors of Wanli District Meiling town.in order to achieve fast,accurate,science site,using AHP to get the evaluation of various weights,using the weighted average method,using the grid of 10m＊10m as the evaluation unit,come to evaluate the comprehensive regional scores of each grid area to determine the best location.By analyzing the evaluation results,Meiling town area is essentially rural residential sites suitable to meet the requirements of the building of new countryside.
