摘要
活塞环是发动机中的关键零部件之一,其气环的主要作用是密封。目前气环开口间隙及活塞环振动造成的气体泄漏现象,仍然是需要解决课题之一。本文介绍一种新型活塞环,采用单环槽结构,三环叠加为一环装入环槽。可以有效解决活塞环气环开口间隙带来的气体泄漏问题;同时,有效减小由于活塞环振动带来的危害。对于提高发动机的动力性、经济性及排放性有较好的效果。
Piston ring is one of key parts of the engine, functioning seal for the engine. At present, gas leakage caused by gas ring opening clearance and vibration of piston rings is one of issues needed to be solved. This paper introduces a new type piston ring. Herein, a single groove structure is used and three -ring stack is assembled into one ring groove. It can effectively solve gas leak due to piston ring gas ring opening clearance, at the same time, reduce the vibration harm because , and improve the engine power, economy and emission.
