190系列燃气发动机气门断裂的原因分析及预防

气门是内燃机工作过程中密封燃烧室和控制内燃机气体交换的精密零件,因其工作条件极为恶劣,工作过程中易发生气门失效,导致机组工作不正常,甚至出现顶坏活塞、拉缸、缸盖报废、大摇臂折断、挺杆及连杆弯曲甚至机组报废等恶性事故。气门断裂是气门失效型式中最典型、最严重的型式之一。本文结合190系列燃气发动机运行情况,对该机型气门断裂的各种型式进行了总结,对其产生的原因进行了重点分析,并提出了为减少或避免气门断裂的发生可采取的预防措施。

Valves are the precious part in the engine, sealing the combustion chamber and controlling air and gas flow. Because valves always work in severe conditions, while the engine is operating, valve failure easily occur, causing abnormal generator set operation, piston damage piston scuffing, cylinder head failure, rocker arm, tappet or connecting rod damage or other bad accidents. Valve breakdown is one of the critical and severe failures. On the basis of the series 190 gas engines , the paper makes a conclude with respect to a variety of valve fracture, gives an analysis on the failure causes and proposes preventive measures to reduce or avoid valve breakdown.
