摘要
对在国家生态县创建活动中如何提升监测能力建设和加强政策支持等保障措施进行论述,以期对各地生态县创建工作提供一定的借鉴作用。
This paper discusses how to improve the monitoring capacity in building the ecologically friendly county and how to enhance the policy support for safeguard measures.It is expected to provide a certain reference for such work in other places.
