喉癌显微激光手术学的发展及其制约因素 被引量：5

摘要 喉显微激光手术是目前治疗喉癌（特别是早期喉癌）的重要手段之一，有着微创、住院时间短和治疗费用少等优点。在许多医院，喉显微激光手术已经成为早期喉癌的首选治疗方法。随着激光手术器械、喉镜及显微镜的不断改进以及操作者手术技能的提高，耳鼻咽喉一头颈外科医师不断探索，使喉癌显微激光手术的适应证得以进一步拓宽^[1-3]。
