帕金森病脑深部电极植入术的麻醉管理 被引量：8

摘要 目前帕金森病等功能性神经疾病的手术治疗方法主要是脑深部刺激器（deep brain stimulator，DBS）植入术，麻醉方式主要有清醒镇静和全身麻醉。随着DBS植入术数量的增加，手术水平的提高和影像学的进展，这一微创手术将会得到更为广泛的应用。麻醉医师应当了解帕金森病患者的病情特点和DBS植入术麻醉管理的特殊需求。本文将对帕金森病的DBS植入术围手术期麻醉管理以及麻醉相关的并发症进行阐述。
