Mirror综合征一例
摘要
患者女，24岁，因“GIP0孕3l^＋3周，下肢水肿1个月，发现血压高伴蛋白尿1d”，外院超声发现胎儿全身水肿，心脏增大，胎盘增厚，考虑“胎儿畸形，胎盘早剥可能”转入我院。
查体：T37℃，P80次／min，R20次／min，BP142／96mmHg，会阴水肿，双下肢凹陷性水肿。胎心正常，无宫缩，宫体无压痛。阴诊：宫口未开，胎膜未破。
