黄体生成素在辅助生殖中应用的若干有争议的问题

摘要 黄体生成素（luteinizing hormone,LH）为卵泡发育和卵巢甾体激素合成中不可或缺的一种促性腺激素。早在1931年Fevold就注意到LH对卵巢功能的影响。1935年Stein通过对女性不孕相关的多囊卵巢综合征的研究，发现LH异常升高与排卵障碍有关。
