胰腺实性假乳头状瘤一例
摘要
患者女,20岁,因＂查体发现上腹包块2个月,CT检查示胰颈部占位1d＂入院,查体：巩膜及皮肤黏膜无黄染,双侧锁骨上未触及肿大淋巴结。腹部平坦,未见胃肠型及腹壁静脉曲张;腹软,上腹中部可触及约3cm×3cm大小的质韧包块,
