超声造影在微小及隐匿性肝转移癌的应用进展 被引量：5

摘要 肝脏是转移癌好发脏器之一,以结直肠癌肝转移最常见,手术是目前治愈肝转移癌的最佳方法,术后5年中位生存率达30%[1]。然而,术后数月内发现肝内复发较常见,文献报道肝转移癌术后2年内复发率高达65%～85%[2]。
