摘要
近年来,视频的编码技术和转码技术得到了快速的发展。文章介绍了码流的转换编码、图像编码、MPEG-4转换编码等最新技术,并对编码转换质量的控制提出了建议。
In recent years,video encoding and transcoding technology has been rapid development.This paper introduces the streaming of transcoding,image coding and mpeg-4 conversion coding the latest technology,and transcoding quality control recommendations.
