基于全面造价理论的铁路项目建设阶段工程造价分析

Analysis on the engineering cost of the railway project in the stage of construction based on total cost theory

随着社会经济的快速发展,我国铁路工程建设项目日益增多,提高铁路工程造价管理水平,规范铁路工程造价控制措施,成为铁路工程项目管理的重要内容。文章通过分析铁路工程造价管理现状,运用全面工程造价理论,阐述了铁路项目建设阶段工程造价的控制难点,结合工程项目实践经验提出了铁路项目建设阶段工程造价控制的对策与建议。

With the rapid development of social economy,China’s railway construction project is increasing day by day,and improving the cost management level of railway engineering and standardizing the control measures of railroad project cost become the important content of the railway engineering project management.Through the analysis of the present situation of railway engineering cost management,using the total project cost theory,this paper explains the control difficulties of the project cost in the construction stage of the railway project,and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions of engineering cost control in the construction stage of railway project combined with the practical experience in engineering projects.
