Clean energy is the future development trend of energy in China,and hydropower is an important part of clean energy.Under the condition of market economy,the purchase of hydropower projects increases day by day.Preliminary economic evaluation of hydropower plays a vital role in project decision.This article discussed and analyzes the basic procedure,benchmark rate of return,parameters and estimation model of the hydropower project,and makes some suggestions for reference.
