结合现代实验室的建设发展,阐述了实验技术人员业务素质和管理水平的基本要求,对提高业务素质和管理水平行之有效的方法、措施、途径等进行了探讨。
With the development of modern laboratory,this paper expatiates on the basic requirements of experimental technicians,then explorates some methods and measures for improving the professional quality and administration capability of experimental technicians.
