摘要
在知识经济的宏观背景下,对科研人员绩效考核进行研究,并以石油行业为对象,应用本文的研究结果:综述了目前国内外的科研人员绩效考评理论、研究目的及方法;讨论了科研人员绩效考评理论概述;提出了解决石油企业科研人员绩效考评的方案,并给出了具体实施的办法。
In the knowledge economy background,the research staff performance appraisal research,and the oil industry as the object,using the research results of this paper: an overview of current domestic and foreign research personnel performance appraisal theory,research purpose and method;discussed the scientific research personnel performance appraisal theory;put forward to solve oil company scientific research personnel performance evaluation scheme,and gives the implementation of specific measures.
