在知识经济的宏观背景下,对科研人员绩效考核进行研究,并以石油行业为对象,应用本文的研究结果:综述了目前国内外的科研人员绩效考评理论、研究目的及方法;讨论了科研人员绩效考评理论概述;提出了解决石油企业科研人员绩效考评的方案,并给出了具体实施的办法。

In the knowledge economy background,the research staff performance appraisal research,and the oil industry as the object,using the research results of this paper： an overview of current domestic and foreign research personnel performance appraisal theory,research purpose and method;discussed the scientific research personnel performance appraisal theory;put forward to solve oil company scientific research personnel performance evaluation scheme,and gives the implementation of specific measures.
