Regulatory Reform of China's Natural Gas Industry

随着我国市场经济的进一步发展,我国天然气产业规制在各个方面已显示出不适应经济发展的迹象。为此建议:完善规章制度,制定统一透明的法律体系,建立相对独立的天然气产业规制机制,区分自然垄断性业务和非自然垄断性业务,实行区别对待的规制政策、进一步推进天然气定价机制的改革。

With the further development of market economy in China,natural gas industry regulation in each aspect has not adapted to economic development.Perfecting rules and regulations,formulate a unified legal system,establishing the transparent relatively independent of natural gas industry regulation mechanism,distinguish natural monopoly business and the natural monopoly business,the difference between the regulation of policy,to further push forward the reform of the pricing mechanism of natural gas.
