改良B-lynch缝合控制剖宫产术中子宫出血的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the improved B-lynch sutures for controlling the uterine bleeding during cesarean section

目的探讨改良B-lynch缝合控制剖宫产术中子宫出血的应用价值。方法对我院25例剖宫产术中出血量大,经药物治疗及按摩子宫等常规治疗处理效果欠佳者即时行改良背带式子宫缝合术获得成功进行观察。结果25例患者经术中行改良B-lynch缝合后迅速止血,术后24小时出血少,无再次手术,全部痊愈出院。产后42天随访,B超提示子宫形态正常,随访7～18个月未发现远期的并发症。结论改良B-lynch缝合术是抢救剖宫产术中大出血安全、有效、便捷的一种方法。

Objective To investigate the application value of the improved B-lynch sutures in control to massive postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods When postpartum hemorrhage took place during cesarean section,and other methods such as the womb massage,injecting oxytocin had been used with no satisfactory curative sequel,the improved B-lynch sutures were adopted.Results After B-lynch sutures,27 cases of patients hemorrhage were rapid controlled.Following 24 hours,uterine bleeding was little,none of the patients had operation once more.Follow-up when postpartum 42 day with B ultrasound,uterine shape of the patients were normal.After 7~18 month,no long-dated complications were discovered.Conclusion The improved B-lynch sutures is a safe,effective,facile method for controlling massive hemorrhage during cesarean section.
