摘要
经过竞争性选拔,3月30日,北京安贞医院院长魏永祥、北京儿童医院院艮倪鑫等6位医院院长(其中1位由非竞争性选拔产生)走马上任,成为北京市医管局试水职业化院长竞争选拔机制的首批优胜者。同时,《北京市医院管理局市属医院年度绩效考核办法》的出台为此次人事创新,以及后续的医院管理创新起到了导航和激励作用。
Selected through competition,Wei Yongxiang,the new CEO of Beijing Anzhan Hospital,Ni Xin,the new CEO of Beijing Children's Hospital and 4 other new hospital CEOs assumed their posts on Match 30th,2012.They become the rst group of winners in the trial of selecting hospital CEOs through competition carried by Beijing Hospital Management Bureau.Based on this,the bureau will establish a talent cultivation program to provide different professional career development paths for different kinds of experts and management sta.This will help hospital CEOs transform into professional managers,and promote management innovation in hospitals.
