The Angiogenesis After Focal Cerebral Ischemia in Rats

摘要 目的:观察局灶性脑缺血大鼠血管新生的表达。方法:采用大脑中动脉线栓法建立局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,将造模成功后的大鼠随机分为模型组和ED组,另设正常组和假手术组,分别给予处理后观察BrdU的表达。结果:正常脑内有一定量的BrdU表达,缺血后BrdU迅速增加,7天时达到高峰,模型组明显多于正常组、假手术组和ED组(P<0.01),14天时无显著性差异,ED组少于同期模型组。结论:局灶性脑缺血大鼠缺血1天时缺血区可有血管新生,ED可以抑制脑缺血后血管新生。 Objective:To observe the expresstion of the angiogenesis after focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods:The Focal Cer- ebral Ischemia model was induced by middle cerebral artery with fishing line. The successful ones were randomly divided into follow- ing groups including ischemia and endostatin. Setting up navie and shame-operated groups in addition. Observe the expression of BrdU after treatment respectively. Results. Several expression of BrdU was appeared in nomal brain. More expression enhanced immedi- ately after ischemia and reached peak at 7d. The expression of ischemia groups were more than navie, shame-operated and endostatin groups(P〈0.01) ,and decreased gradually and no remarkable difference at 14 days. The expression of endostatin was less than the corresponding period model groups,. Conclusion : Angiogenesis may occur after focal cerebral ischemia in rats at ld. Endostatin may restrain angiogenesis after focal cerebral ischemia.
