摘要
目的:通过动物实验观察薏苡仁及其麸炒品对正常动物,脾虚模型动物胃肠动力的影响和比较,以探讨该药对胃肠动力的作用机制,验证其炮制工艺的原理和意义。方法:采用正常动物、脾虚模型动物,研究和比较薏苡仁生制品对其胃排空、小肠推进率、腹泻指数、脾虚指数和胃肠激素MTL、GAS、SS、VIP的影响。结果:薏苡仁生制品能够提高并促进正常及脾虚小鼠胃肠动力,改善脾虚大鼠胃肠激素紊乱异常水平,且制品作用强于生品。结论:验证了炮制理论中提出的薏苡仁麸炒品更善于健脾止泻的药效作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Coix Seed and its processed product on the gastrointestinal motility on nor- mal and splenic asthenia animals. A_nd verify the principle of its processing technology. Methods: The normal and spleen deficiency animals were used to compare the effects on indieatrix of the rate of gastric emptying, the rate of small intestine advance, diarrhea in- dex, spleen index and MTL, GAS, SS, VIP of the raw and processed ones. Results:The processed ones are better than the raw ones in promoting the gastrointestinal motility of the normal and spleen deficiency mice and improving the gastrointestinal hormones disor- der level in spleen deficiency rats. Conclusion : Verify that the processed ones are better than the raw ones in repleshing spleen to stoo diarrhea.
