免疫球蛋白G（IgG）是血清中免疫球蛋白的主要成分，IgG抗体又分为IgGl、IgG2、IgG3和IgG44个亚类，IgG亚型的缺陷或比例失调是引起免疫反应的1项指征，4个不同的亚类抗体在疾病发生发展过程中发挥不同的作用。近年来，随着人们对IgG抗体及亚类认识的逐步深入，尤其是对IgG4相关性疾病的定义及研究，使IgG亚类在相关疾病中的临床意义逐步得到国际社会的关注和重视。（中华检验医学杂志，2012，35：207-211）

The immunoglobulin G （IgG）, a major effective molecule of the humoral immune response in man, comprising four different subclasses IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4. Deficiency and imbalance of IgG subclasses are an indication of a disturbed immune response. The four lgG subclasses play a different role in the development of diseases. As well understanding of [gG and IgG subclasses in recent years, especially after the definition and study of IgG4 related disease, the clinical significance of IgG subclasses are getting the international concern and attention. （Chin J of Lab Med, 2012,35：207-211）
