四种分析技术检测血清单克隆免疫球蛋白的比较 被引量：5

摘要 单克隆免疫球蛋白（monoclonalimmunoglobulin）即M蛋白，是由单克隆浆细胞分泌的异常免疫球蛋白，常在浆细胞病如多发性骨髓瘤、Waldenstr^n巨球蛋白血症和原发性淀粉样变性等患者血中出现。
