儿童反复肝功能异常伴抗肝肾微粒体抗体阳性 被引量：3

摘要 患儿，女，8岁，辽宁省瓦房店人，学生。因“反复肝功能异常3年”到北京佑安医院就诊。2008年9月，患儿因“支气管肺炎”当地医院给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注、后口服罗红霉素，1周后出现乏力、食欲减退，尿黄如浓茶色，于当地医院就诊，查谷丙转氨酶（alaninetransarninase，ALT）993IU／L.
