摘要
将赤泥通过盐酸改性,得到改性赤泥,以改性赤泥为载体,氧化铈为活性组分,制备了赤泥负载铈吸附剂.在25℃和静态条件下,对赤泥负载铈吸附剂处理含磷废水进行了研究,探讨了赤泥负载铈吸附剂的制备条件、赤泥负载铈吸附剂用量、废水pH值、吸附时间及磷的浓度对除磷效果的影响.结果表明,赤泥负载铈吸附剂的制备条件为:盐酸浓度为6mol/L,赤泥负载铈的反应时间为16h,四水硫酸铈浓度为0.4g/L,焙烧温度为500℃;在废水pH值为5.0,磷浓度0~100mg/L范围内,吸附时间为90min,按磷与赤泥负载铈吸附剂质量比为1︰80投加赤泥负载铈吸附剂进行处理,磷的去除率可达97%以上.利用Langmuir吸附等温式对吸附数据进行拟合,得到25℃下的线性相关性R2=0.9919,吸附剂的饱和吸附量为44.65mg/g.磷在吸附剂表面的吸附是单分子层吸附.
Modified red mud was prepared after red mud was modified by hydrochloric acid.Adsorbent of cerium-loaded red mud was prepared with modified red mud as a carrier and cerium sulfate as an active component.Under the condition of 25 ℃ and static state,the treatment of phosphate-containing wastewater with the adsorbent of cerium-loaded red mud was studied.The effects of preparation conditions of the adsorbent of cerium-loaded red mud,the adsorbent used quantity of cerium-loaded red mud,pH value of wastewater,adsorption time and phosphate concentration was discussed.The results showed that the conditions of the adsorbent of cerium-loaded red mud were as follows:hydrochloric acid concentration was 6 mol/L,reaction time of cerium-loaded red mud was 16 h,cerium sulfate four water concentration was 0.4 g/L and calcination temperature was 500 ℃;the phosphate removing efficiency was above 97% at an adsorption time of 90 min,from the wastewater with a pH value of 5.0,phosphate concentration of 0~100 mg/L in the wastewater,and the phosphate mass ratio to the adsorbent of cerium-loaded red mud of 1︰80.The adsorption isotherm curve could be well described by Langmuir equation(R2=0.991 9).The maximum adsorption capacity of phosphorus was 44.65 mg/g at 25 ℃,and the adsorption was classified to monomolecular layer type.
