摘要 探讨了基于二极管钳位式三电平拓扑结构的光伏逆变器的关键技术,对SVPWM的合成及序列的优化加以深入讨论和改进。提出一种修正矢量作用时间的方法来减少因直流侧电压不平衡而产生的合成矢量偏差。在MATLAB仿真的基础上搭建了光伏并网逆变器实验平台,进行实验论证。 A discussion about the key technology of PV inverter based on the three-level NPC topology was presented. A method based on modified-vector functioning was given to correct the error by the unbalance voltage of the capacitances. A simulation model and an experimental platform were introduced to verify its correctness.
