摘要
针对软开关多电平变换器具有效率高、功率因素高、开关应力小等众多优点,在原三电平Boost变换器基础上,提出了一种新型Three Level Boost软开关电路。首先分析了在不同模式下Boost TL电路结构的优缺点,同时给出了电路实现最优效果的控制模式;接着,提出了一种新型Boost TL软开关电路,通过对电路工作模式进行详细分析,给出了Boost TL变换器实现软开关运行的条件。最后,通过Saber仿真,验证了理论设计的正确性和可行性。
For the advantages of multi-level soft-switching converter such as high efficiency, high power factor, small switch stress and so on, a new three level boost soft-switching circuit Was proposed based on the original TL boost converter. The advantages and disadvantages of the structure of the boost TL circuit were analyzed with different mode firstly and the way to realize the optimal efficiency was given. Then a new TL boost soft switch circuit was proposed and the work modes of the circuit were analyzed in detail, also the condition to realize soft switch of the boost TL converter was given. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the theory design was verified through Saber simulation.
