阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者血浆神经肽Y水平与睡前及晨起血压的相关性 被引量:2

Relevance of plasma concentration of neuropeptide Y with before sleep and morning blood pressure in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom patients

摘要 目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHs)患者血浆神经肽Y(NPY)浓度与患者睡前及晨起血压水平的相关性。方法分组:肥胖0sAHS患者32例(OSAHS组)、非OSAHS肥胖者26例(单纯肥胖组)和体质量正常的健康成人27名(正常对照组)。其中OSAHS组和单纯肥胖组接受多导睡眠仪(PSG)监测。血浆NPY的浓度采用酶联免疫吸附试验(EusA)法测定。结果OSAHS组血浆NPY浓度显著高于单纯肥胖组(P〈0.05)及正常对照组(P〈0.01)。OSAHS患者睡前舒张压、晨起收缩压及舒张压比单纯肥胖组明显升高,差异有统计学意义。相关分析显示,OSAHS组血浆NPY浓度与患者睡前舒张压、晨起收缩压及舒张压呈正相关(P值分别为0.049、0.017、0.006)。结论OSAHS组NPY水平升高,NPY对OSAHS患者血压尤其晨起血压升高起到一定促进作用。 Objective To explore the correlation of plasma concentration of neuropeptide Y (NPY) in patients of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) with before sleep and morning blood pressure. Methods The study set three group, 32 obese OSAHS patients (OSAHS group), 26 obese adults without OSAHS (simple obesity group) and 27 healthy adults (normal controls group). Polysomnography (PSG) was performed in OSAHS group and simple obesity group. The concentration of plasma NPY were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA). Results Plasma NPY concentration in OSAHS group was significantly higher than in the simple obesity group ( P (0.05) and the control group ( P〈0.01) respectively. Plasma NPY level in the OSAHS group correlated positively with DBP before sleep,morning SBP and DBP (P as 0. 049,0. 017,0. 006 ,respectively). Conclusions The plasma NPY in OSAHS group and simple obesity group elevated. NPY might play a promoting role for elevated blood pressure in particular morning blood pressure of OSAHS patients.
