摘要
开花期内高温会使植物花器官发育畸形或败育,受精失败。研究证实,花粉发育和萌发、子房发育、受精过程对高温敏感。植物的生理条件和代谢反应如内源或外源的ABA水平、高温胁迫下热激蛋白表达等,影响植物对高温胁迫的耐受能力。转录组学研究证实了植物生殖系统发育的复杂性和特殊性。
Flowering plants are often highly sensitive to high temperature stress,resulting in abnormal flowers or abortive pistil of floral organ,or unsuccessful fertilization.The research indicated that pollen germination and growth,ovary development and fertilization were sensitive to high temperature.Physiological conditions and metabolic reactions of plants had effects on tissue tolerance to high temperature stress,such as endogenesis and endogenous ABA level,expression of heat shock proteins under high temperature stress etc.Complexity and particularity of the development reproductive system in plant were indicated with transcriptomics.
