单肺通气期间非通气侧肺持续低压吹氧对肺内分流及氧合的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨在单肺通气期间非通气侧肺持续吹氧对肺内分流及氧合的影响。方法选择住院择期开胸手术治疗患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组在单肺通气期间非通气侧肺的支气管导管直接开口于空气中,观察组在单肺通气期间非通气侧肺持续吹入氧气,分别于单肺通气前(T1)、通气后30min(T2)、60min(T3)以及关胸双肺通气30min(T4)做血气分析并计算肺内分流率(Qs/Qt值)。结果在T2和T3时间点,观察组动脉血氧分压显著高于对照组(P<0.05);T2时观察组的Qs/Qt值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单肺通气期间非通气侧持续吹入氧气有助于提高动脉的血氧分压,降低肺内分流率和低氧血症的发生率。
