摘要股骨头缺血性坏死（osteonecrosis of the femoral head，ON—FH）的发病机制尚不清楚。学者们提出了许多学说，如脂肪栓塞学说、骨细胞脂肪变性坏死学说、骨内高压静脉淤滞学说、微血管损伤学说、免疫复合物沉积引起动脉血管炎学说、骨质疏松、负重学说、激素、酒精导致股骨头内脂肪髓（脂肪堆积），诱导骨髓多功能干细胞系分化成脂等观点。
