高负荷剂量及高维持剂量氯吡格雷在急性冠脉综合征中的应用进展

Progress of the Application of High Loading-and Maintenance-dose Clopidogrel in Acute Coronary Syndrome

作为一种新型的抗血小板制剂,氯吡格雷近年来广泛应用于临床,尤其是急性冠状动脉综合征患者。研究证实,氯吡格雷对急性冠状动脉综合征患者有良好的疗效。但高负荷剂量及高维持剂量氯吡格雷是否有效,现就应用高负荷剂量及高维持剂量氯吡格雷治疗急性冠脉综合征的有效性、耐受性和安全性进行阐述。

As a new kind of antiplalete medicine,clopidogrel has been widely used in clinical practice,especially in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Many studies confirm its positive effects on acute coronary syndrome.The application of high loading-and maintenance-dose clopidogrel is attracting more and more attention.In this article,we reviewed the efficacy and security of high loading-and maintenance-dose clopidogrel in acute coronary syndrome.
