摘要
目的探讨开放式培训模式在手术室护士层级管理中的应用效果。方法 2008年选择该院手术室护士42名,随机分为试验组和对照组各21例。试验组采用开放式培训层级管理,对照组采用传统培训层级管理。分别于施行培训管理前、后对2组护士进行核心能力考核及医师、患者和护士自身对护理的满意度进行统计与比较。结果 2组层级培训后核心能力考核评分均高于层级培训前;试验组护士培训后的核心能力考核评分及培训前、后评分差值均高于对照组;试验组医师、患者和护士自身对护理的非常满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开放式、自助式、个性化模式的手术室护理层级管理培训效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discusses effect of open training mode of operation room nurses management in stages.Methods 42 nurses in operation room were selected in 2008 and were randomly divided into experiment group and control group with 21 cases in each group.The test group received open training level of management,the control group received the traditional training level management.Core competence evaluation and physicians,nurses and patients′satisfaction with care were calculated and compared before and after training.Results Training core competence assessment score in the two groups were higher than those before training;training core competence assessment score and the score difference before and after trainning in experiment group were higher than those in control group;physicians,nurses and patients′satisfaction with care in experiment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Management training effect of open,self-help,personalized mode of operation room nursing is good,worthy of clinical application.
