奥沙利铂和氟尿嘧啶及甲酰四氢叶酸钙联合应用治疗晚期大肠癌的护理

Nursing Care of Advanced Colorectal Cancer Treated with Regimen of Oxaliplatin Plus Fluorouracil-formex Four Hydrogen Folic Acid Calcium

目的观察临床护理对使用奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶、甲酰四氢叶酸钙方案化疗晚期大肠癌患者的影响。方法 75例晚期大肠癌患者,使用奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶、甲酰四氢叶酸钙方案化疗,从护理学角度,在化疗前和化疗中加强对病人全身状况的评估及相关护理知识的教育,观察疗效及不良反应。结果通过有力的护理措施,所有病人按预期完成治疗计划,近期疗效好,总有效率为72.5%,无严重不良反应发生。结论奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶、甲酰四氢叶酸钙方案治疗晚期大肠癌,做好化疗前护理,用药中加强对药物不良反应观察与护理,能有效避免相关不良反应,改善患者生活质量,提高治疗疗效。

Objective Observe effect and adverse reaction for patients with advanced colorectal cancer treatd with regimen of oxaliplatin plus 5-fluorouracil,formex four hydrogen folic acid calcium by means of clinical care.Methods To 75 patients with advanced colorectal cancer,treated regimen of oxaliplatin plus 5-fluorouracil,formex four hydrogen folic acid calcium scheme.From nursing angle,in the during of prechemotherapy and midchemotherapy,to strengthen assessment of the state and nursing education of the related oncological chemotherpeutic knowledge,observe the effect and side effects of chemotherapy.Results Through the powerful nursing measures,all the patient finished the treatment plan,recent good curative effect,the total effective rate was 72.5%,and there were no serious adverse reaction.Conclusion Patients with advanced colorectal cancer treated with Oxaliplatin plus 5-fluorouracil,formex four hydrogen folic acid calcium scheme,well nursing for prechemotherapy and effective observation and nursing to chemotherapy of side effects,for the time of chemotherapy,can effectively avoid the happening of related side effects,and improve the quality of life and clinical effect.
