复方中草药对高温下肉鸡生长与血液生化指标的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on Growth Performance and Blood Biochemical Parameters of Broilers under Heat Stress

摘要 为研究复方中草药对高温下肉鸡生长性能和血液生化指标的影响,选取14周龄母鸡270只,称重后随机分为3组,组Ⅰ为中草药组,温度(35±1)℃;组Ⅱ为高温对照组,温度(35±1)℃;组Ⅲ为常温对照组,温度(20±1)℃,进行对比饲养试验。结果表明:组Ⅰ与组Ⅱ、组Ⅲ体重差异不显著,组Ⅲ体重显著高于组Ⅱ。组Ⅰ葡萄糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与组Ⅲ差异均不显著;与组Ⅱ相比,GLU、HDL-C略有下降,TP有所上升。组Ⅰ甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著高于组Ⅲ(P<0.05),与组Ⅱ差异均不显著,但有所下降。组Ⅰ总胆固醇(TC)与组Ⅲ差异不显著,但显著低于组Ⅱ。复方中草药对高温条件下肉鸡受热影响具有一定的缓解作用。 To study the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance and blood biochemical parameters of broilers under heat stress,270 hens of 14 weeks of age were randomly divided into three groups.GroupⅠwas fed with Chinese herbal medicine group under temperature of(35±1) ℃.GroupⅡ for high-temperature control group with the temperature of(35±1) ℃ and group Ⅲ for normal temperature control group with the temperature of(20±1) ℃.After 1 week,body weight and blood biochemical were recorded.The results showed that body weight of group Ⅲ was higher than that of group Ⅱ,and no difference in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ,and group Ⅱ.Biochemical,glucose(GLU),total protein(TP) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) showed no significant difference between group Ⅰand group Ⅲ.However,GLU,HDL-C showed slightly decrease and TP was on the rising when compared to group Ⅱ.Triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in group Ⅰwere significantly higher than that of group Ⅲ(P0.05),and no obvious difference compared to group Ⅱ but declined a little.Total cholesterol(TC) in group Ⅰshowed no significant difference with that of group Ⅲ,but was significantly lower than that of group Ⅱ.Compound Chinese herbal medicine had a certain resistance to the impact of heat tolerance of broilers under high temperature.
