防可见光近红外光氟碳伪装涂料的研制 被引量:3

摘要 根据伪装涂料的伪装原理,介绍了以氟碳树脂为主成膜物,加入相适应的颜料助剂等研制防可见光及近红外侦察的伪装涂料的工艺、配方。探讨了树脂、颜料、助剂等对涂料性能的影响,并叙述了其应用特性。制备的防可见光近红外光氟碳伪装涂料的常规性能符合HG/T 3972—2005《交联型氟树脂涂料》要求,伪装性能符合GJB 1887—94《防可见光近红外溶剂型伪装涂料规范》及GJB 798—90《伪装涂料漆膜颜色》要求。 According to camouflage coatings disguise principle, this paper discussed the formula and technology of camouflage coating used for preventing visible and near infrared light, with fluorocarbon resin as the main film forming matter and suitable pigment and additives. The influence of resin,pigments,and additives etc,on the properties of coating were studied,and its application characteristics were described. The normal properties of prepared camouflage coating used for preventing visible and near infrared light are in line with the requirement of HG/T 3972--2005 "Crosslinked Fluorine Resin Coating', and the camouflage performance is in line with the requirements of GJB 1887--94 "Code for Solvent Camouflage Coating used for Preventing Visible and Near-infrared Light" and GJB 798---90 "Camouflage Coating Film Color".
