摘要
介绍了静电纺丝工艺的历史发展背景;详细分析了静电纺丝工艺的影响因素,包括实验装置、聚合物及其溶液的性能以及加工艺条件等;指出静电纺丝是制备连续微/纳米纤维的最有效的方法,并有望应用于组织工程、人造血管、药物传递、创伤修复、病毒检测、微型传感器以及滤材等。
The development background of electrospinning process was introduced.The influential factors on electrospinning process were analyzed in details,including experimental devices,properties of polymer and solution,processing conditions.It was pointed out that electrospinning process is the most efficient method of producing continuous micro/nanofibers which are expected to be used in the fields of tissue engineering,artificial blood vessel,drug delivery,wound healing,virus detection, minisensor and filter material.
