异形涤纶DTY丝筒退绕性能的影响因素探讨

Influential factors on unwinding performance of profiled polyester DTY

通过对退绕速度、退绕张力的测定和分析,讨论了异形涤纶假捻变形丝(DTY)丝简内在质量及卷装成形对其退绕性能的影响。结果表明:对于83 dtex/72 f异形涤纶DTY来说,含油率对退绕性能有较大的影响,含油率应控制在3.0%,且丝筒存放时间小于30 d。其余参数如残余扭矩为62 mm,卷曲收缩率为12.8%,卷装肖氏硬度为79°,卷装直径为215 mm时,丝筒退绕性能最好。

The effect of the internal quality of bobbins and package building on the unwinding performance of profiled polyester draw-textured yarn（DTY） was discussed by the measurement and analysis of unwinding rate and tension.The results showed that for 83 dtex/72 f profded polyester DTY,the oil content had a great effect on the unwinding performance;the oil content should be controlled as 3.0%and the storage time of the bobbins should be less than 30 d;meanwhile,the optimal unwinding performance could be achieved under the conditions as followed;residual torque 62 mm,crimp contraction 12.8%,the shore hardness of package 79°,package diameter 215 mm.
