妊娠期肝内胆汁瘀积症的治疗现状
摘要
妊娠期肝内胆汁瘀积症（ intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, ICP）为妊娠期特有疾病，常发生于妊娠中晚期，临床上以皮肤瘙痒、实验室检查以肝内胆汁瘀积的血生化指标异常和病程上以临床表现及血生化异常指标在产后迅速消失或恢复正常为特征。
